Overview

Construction Manager involves leading and coordinating all aspects of MEP construction management for Data Centre projects in Malaysia. The Construction Manager ensures seamless project execution through stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and technical oversight. The position demands deep expertise in MEP systems, project planning, and commissioning processes.

Your role

• Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate authority submissions and approvals in Malaysia.
• Track, coordinate and facilitate responses to RFIs, CORs, project needs.
• Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, Vendor documents approvals, etc.
• Manage final accounts closing.

About You

• 10 years minimum MEP construction management experience in Data Centre projects with overall project management capabilities, site planning, monitoring, and schedule control.
• Experience in testing and commissioning management for MEP packages.
