• 5+ years of experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
• Knowledge and experience in electrical switching operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering and operations functions to ensure equipment safety and effectiveness.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide guidance on complex maintenance issues.
