Job summary

A global leader in safety and trust is seeking a Risk & Safety Engineer to conduct formal safety assessments and enhance project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 7 years of experience in risk and safety studies within oil and gas industries. Knowledge of 3D modeling software like FLACS is essential. You will lead safety assessments and support technical proposals while contributing to a diverse work environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Risk & Safety Engineering role.
• Certified as a Functional Safety Engineer/Professional is advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years working experience in risk and safety studies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out formal safety assessment studies.
• Prepare/review safety instrumented function summaries.
• Guide the team in modeling software.
