Senior Centre Manager – Indonesia

As Senior Centre Manager, Indonesia, you will lead enrolment, sales, parent engagement, and marketing to drive student sign‑ups and ensure a seamless customer experience. This full‑time role offers leadership potential and is ideal for someone proactive, results‑oriented, and eager to scale an education business.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Student Enrolment & Lead Generation
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive trial sign‑ups and enrolments.
  • Handle parent inquiries, consultations, and enrolments to convert leads into paying students.
  • Develop and track lead‑generation efforts across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
  • Work with marketing agencies and partners to maximize outreach.
2️⃣ Parent & Customer Relationship Management
  • Engage parents regularly via WhatsApp, email, and phone to build trust and improve retention.
  • Organise trial classes, workshops, and free events to attract new students.
  • Provide feedback to teachers and operations to ensure student satisfaction.
3️⃣ Business Growth & Expansion
  • Support the expansion of the programme to 200+ students by the end of 2025.
  • Explore local partnerships with schools, education consultants, and communities to drive enrolment.
  • Work with marketing agencies and internal teams to develop campaigns that resonate with Indonesian parents.
  • Identify opportunities for curriculum localisation and differentiation based on parent feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Singapore HQ team to execute business expansion strategies.
4️⃣ Operations & Team Support
  • Work closely with teachers and the admin team to ensure smooth class operations.
  • Oversee the student onboarding process and ensure parents have a seamless experience.
  • Help set up processes to scale enrolment and grow the Indonesia market.
  • Track and report key business metrics (e.g., student growth, retention, revenue).

  • 3+ years of experience in education, marketing, sales, or customer management.

  • Experience handling parent inquiries and driving enrolment in tuition/education.
  • Knowledge of Indonesia’s education market and parent expectations for enrichment programmes.
  • Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, community outreach, and events is a plus.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing online education operations.

Job Details
  • Location: Remote (Indonesia‑based)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (11 AM – 8 PM) + 1 Weekend (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
