Join us at Aalborg Portland Malaysia Sdn Bhd. A leading white cement manufacturer with over 90 years of experience and operational presence in 18 countries. Our plant is located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.

We are currently hiring a Senior CAPEX Engineer, responsible for overseeing the implementation of plant capital expenditure projects in line with established procedures, budgets, and timelines.

Specific accountabilities and job functions will be but are not limited to:

• Conduct or coordinate feasibility studies for new and critical project initiatives to ensure high success rates
• Act as Project Manager for selected CAPEX projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of planned benefits.
• Prepare the annual CAPEX budget with monthly allocations and a 2-year industrial plan, in line with Group and regional investment requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to compile the complete CAPEX portfolio, including Admin, IT, and other departmental or regional projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 - 10 years of working experience with AutoCAD. Site experience will be an added advantage preferably in cement or heavy industries.
