As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our telecommunications and digital infrastructure footprint across Malaysia.
Your focus will be on driving business development and supporting sales and marketing efforts for tower infrastructure, fiber networks, ELV systems, and smart city solutions. You will work closely with senior management team and external partners to develop opportunities, manage proposals, support project execution and contribute directly to the company's growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and industry mapping in telecom infrastructure.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business models for potential partners and clients.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement including with telcos, local councils, developers, government agencies, and industrial park operators.
- Coordinate with technical teams to align project scope and client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and update BD pipelines, trackers, and management reports.
- Track project progress and assist in preparing reports for internal and client updates.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation for clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with telco partners and key clients.
- Assist in negotiating and coordinating tenancy agreements and commercial terms.
- Track client interactions, gather feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Marketing & Branding
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with corporate communications team on creation of company profiles, brochures and promotional assets.
- Assist in managing digital content for platforms such as LinkedIn, corporate website and marketing campaigns.
- Provide support in organizing and coordinating corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Job Requirement
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (experience in telco, infrastructure, or construction sectors is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and people skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and digital collaboration tools.
- A team-oriented professional who is confident, reliable, and adaptable.
