A leading recruitment consultancy in Johor Bahru is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and market research initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a degree and have 3-5 years of experience in business development or client management, preferably in the recruitment industry. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building strategic goals, and establishing strong client relationships. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively promote services at networking events.
Conduct market research such as on targeted business industry, competitors and business statutory requirements and presenting business information to senior management for decision making.
Collate information on the recruitment and labour market for review;
Build short and long terms strategic goals to identify and acquire new clients and build strong working relationship with clients.
Qualify new business opportunities and work closely with sales operations team within the region to close the business deal.
Attend business networking sessions and forums to introduce EPS’ services.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
Degree in any discipline;
3 - 5 years in BD/Client Management and recruitment, preferably from recruitment consultancy or manpower outsourcing industry;
Strong track records in business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
