Qualifications

• More than 2 years of professional experience as a BIM Engineer.
• Passion for exploring new technology and software that benefit the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle multidisciplinary BIM coordination to resolve design issues and clashes.
• Ensure project BIM compliance with ISO 19650 and BEP.
• Develop 3D BIM models to LOD 400 & 500 for design coordination.
• Issue and follow up on RFIs and design options with consultants.
• Review IFC designs for compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate on design solutions based on engineering principles.
• Lead BIM Engineers in constructability analysis and coordination.
• Produce and review Combined Services Drawing for construction.
• Review BIM deliverables and conduct model audits for compliance.
• Support BIM integration with Digital Twin and FM platforms.
• Manage project information sharing via the Common Data Environment.

Skills

Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD)

Understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and coordination

Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Communication skills for multi-disciplinary coordination

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural or Equivalent
