Job summary

  • Assist in the day‑to‑day administration of various insolvency engagements such as liquidations, and receiverships.
  • Attend to statutory and compliance procedures for insolvency engagements.
  • Assist seniors/managers in restructuring engagements.
  • Assist seniors/managers in investigative work for asset recovery.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, lawyers, and other advisors.
  • Draft reports, correspondences, and other deliverables to clients and other parties such as financial institutions and authorities.
Requirements
  • Preferably a degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
  • Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong grasp of economic indicators.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • A dedicated, resourceful, analytical and results‑orientated team player.
  • Able to work well independently and under pressure with attention to detail and enjoy solving problems.
  • Able to interpret and analyse financial statements.
  • Computer literate, well‑versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other day‑to‑day office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
