About the Role

Responsible to ensure AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standards Position Objective:

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for supervising, inspecting, and recommending improvements to ensure that the organization’s final products meet established quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence by identifying gaps, ensuring compliance with procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Quality Check (QC) or Sample (QA) on completed cases to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Document audit activities thoroughly, share outcomes with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, address, and escalate quality issues, and collaborate with supervisors to propose effective solutions.
• Provide actionable recommendations for process and quality improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management and subject matter experts to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Demonstrate openness to learning new methodologies, tools, and automation techniques to enhance QA efficiency.
• Anticipate potential quality risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
• Ensure all QA activities align with the Australian working calendar and comply with local standards and expectations.
