Job summary

A leading HR services firm based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll processing and HR administration. The candidate will manage data entry into SAP and oversee transactional processing related to employee movements. Requirements include a diploma/degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience, ideally with familiarity in handling payroll for the Canada region. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts, with additional allowances provided.

This role will be supporting North America - Canada region. The working hours are from 10PM - 7:30AM due to the time zone difference, and additional allowance will be provided. We are looking for talent with experience in handling Canada.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities.

Overseeing transactional backend processing performing data entry into SAP system for employee’s personal details.

Data entry to be done when there are Employee Movements, e.g. new hires, transfers, terminations and etc.

Monitoring transactional backend processing of Employee’s leave and Overtime data.

Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into SAP System.

Supervising transactional backend performing data analysis and maintenance into Workday & SAP system for employee’s compensation package.

Data analysis and maintenance will be included like incentive, benefits, allowance, perks, bonus and etc.

Payroll Administration

Reviewing payroll data entry in third-party payroll systems and ensuring it is processed accurately and on time.

HR Administration:

Ensuring employee expenses are validated and reviewed expenses company policy and performs postings within the defined SLA.

Overseeing the team in handling employee queries and creating tickets within SLA to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.

At least 2- 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage.

Experience in handling Canada region will be added advantage.

Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage.

Wiling to work Night Shift (10PM - 7:30AM Additional allowances will be provided)

Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
