Senior Administrative Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome – Entry Level)

Fresh Graduates Welcome (Entry Level): training will be provided.

Position: Administrative Assistant

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Mandarin is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Computer literate: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with office processes, including filing, handling mail, and directing telephone calls.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping skills.
  • Proactive and able to assist colleagues with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Able to learn and use the BIMS system (training will be provided).
  • Possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities:

  • Book flight tickets, accommodation, and transportation for staff or company events.
  • Arrange and coordinate company events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Purchase daily office consumables and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and provide support to colleagues as needed.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
