Job summary

A leading dining group is seeking an experienced Account Executive in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role involves managing the full set of accounts for multiple related companies within the group, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining efficient filing systems. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, possess strong attention to detail, and be comfortable in a fast-paced accounting environment. Timely monthly account closing and intercompany transaction monitoring are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
• Must be independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a group accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts for multiple related companies within the group.
• Maintain and handle daily account transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and statutory guidelines.
• Ensure timely closing of the monthly account.
• Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirements.
• Credit control, payments and sales reconciliation.
• Reconcile and monitor intercompany transactions and balances.
• Assist in ad-hoc reports as assigned by superior.
