Manager – Accounts & Finance / Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

1. Managing finance and accounting functions of the Company, including accounts closing, cash flow, audit and taxation.
2. Ensuring AP and AR are processed timely and accurately.
3. Perform financial analysis and reporting to the management. Highlight cost irregularities or variances and recommend for improvement activities.
4. Evaluate workflow processes/procedures and recommend changes for the improvement of accuracy and efficiency of accounting functions.
5. To involve in product costing/pricing and liaise with customers on the commercial issues.
6. Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess professional qualification (eg: ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or Bachelor's Degree in accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years full-set experience, preferably with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Familiar with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience in product costing will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills.
