Description

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure all audit requirements are met.
• Evaluate financial risks and implement effective controls to mitigate them.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies with organizational goals.

A Successful Finance Manager Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or similar are preferred.
• Must have regional exposure, reconciliations work done, and consol.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proven expertise in managing financial operations within the Fintech industry would be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Mandarin proficiency is a must.
