About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure, and who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and ensuring long‑term customer success. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mentality, understands the importance of recurring business, and consistently demonstrates ownership, discipline, and a never‑give‑up attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure space.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with internal technical, pre‑sales, and delivery teams to design and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record selling into the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and/or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure.
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and/or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, security certifications) are an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong mindset with high levels of ownership, consistency, and resilience.
