Job summary

A prominent finance company in Klang City is seeking a Senior Account & Finance Executive. The successful candidate will manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include bank account reconciliations and preparation of financial reports. The ideal applicant will possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of costs and financial transactions. A dynamic, motivated individual is highly desired for this role.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Manufacturing/Project Costing.
• Fast learner, able to learn and apply knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and bimonthly reporting.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed on time.
• Reconciliation of banking accounts and finance accounts.

About the job Senior Account & Finance Executive

Job Scope:-

• Handle full set of accounts and bimonthly reporting
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed on a timely basis
• Reconciliation of banking accounts and finance accounts.
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Working with journals, ledgers and spreadsheet
• Preparation of financial reports
• Liaise with company secretary for submission matters
• Perform duties assigned by manager from time-to-time

Requirements:-

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree/Professional /Partial Professional inAccounting, Finance or any related field
• Good knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Manufacturing/Project
  Costing
• Fast learner, able to learn and apply knowledge fast
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Have a dynamic character, responsible and self initiative attitude
• Highly capable, talented and motivated person
