Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads and follow through the full sales cycle.

Schedule and conduct Google Meet/virtual sales calls with prospects.

Attend client meetings and deliver clear presentations on our digital marketing services.

Propose suitable service packages based on client goals and budgets.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

Close deals consistently and achieve monthly sales targets.

Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.

Handle contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and client retention.

Coordinate internally with designers, developers, and marketers to relay client requirements.

Maintain accurate lead updates, notes, and pipeline status via CRM or internal systems.

Stay familiar with digital marketing basics (SEO, SEM, social media, web development, branding).

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Servicing.

Experience in digital marketing, branding, or creative agencies is a strong advantage.
