1. Monthly Reporting & Accounting Records

Prepare and assist in monthly financial reporting to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

Maintain proper documentation, filing, and accounting records in compliance with company procedures.

2. Full Set of Accounts Handling

Assist in handling a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliation.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.

3. Data Compilation & Reporting Support

Prepare, capture, and compile accounting data for internal reporting and management review.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

4. Analysis & Financial Support

Prepare and assist in basic financial analysis and related reports as required.

Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation works.

5. Accounting Operations & Process Control

Maintain and ensure accounting processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and accounting standards.

6. Team Support, Coordination & Deadline Follow-Up

Follow up with team members on assigned accounting tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Provide guidance and support to the team to complete accounting work accurately and on time.

Assist in coordinating workload distribution during peak periods and month-end closing.

7. Other Ad-Hoc Tasks

Perform any other accounting duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Must-Have

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

Good communication and teamwork skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Technical Skills

Solid accounting knowledge with full set accounting exposure

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets

Familiar with accounting systems and documentation processes

Bonus Skills

Experience using Autocount Accounting System

Prior experience in monthly closing, reporting, and reconciliation

Ability to analyze data and resolve day-to-day accounting issues

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
