We’re Hiring: Senior Account Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | Department: Finance & Accounting

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR) in multiple currencies and support accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks: verify, post, and reconcile transactions
• Manage invoicing, collections, AR follow-ups, and resolve billing issues
• Check payment vouchers, support audits, and process payment runs
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, fixed assets, SST)
• Monitor cash and bank balances, prepare factoring documents, liaise with banks
• Manage WHT, SST, and company tax submissions and payments, including e-Invoicing submissions
• Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with auditors, banks, and HQ

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience with full set accounts
• Familiar with QuickBooks and Sage accounting software
• Strong integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
