Senior Account Exec cum Asst Company Secretary
- Must have working experience in a accounting firm/secretarial firm or public practise.
- Proficient in preparing resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other statutory documents.
- Familiar with latest SSM requirements including SSM online submission system (eg. MyCoID, MBRS).
- Liaise with clients on secretarial matters.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act 1965 & 2016 and related regulations.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to do full-set account and assist junior executive in finalization of accounts.
- Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation, financial data, and supporting schedules.
- Knowledge in E-Invoice and LHDN related matters will be added advantage.
- Able to use accounting software (e.g., UBS Accounting System & SQL Accounting) to streamline accounting processes.
- Good interpersonal skill, independent and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to guide junior executive on accounting matters.
