We are seeking a Senior Account cum HR Admin Executive to manage full set accounts, HR administration, and general office operations. This role requires a mature, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who can work independently.
Accounting & Finance
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing
Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, and cash flow
Manage invoicing, payments, and petty cash
Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bank, and company secretary
Ensure compliance with LHDN, SST, EPF, SOCSO & EIS
HR & Payroll
Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions
Prepare employment contracts, LO, HR letters, and staff records
Manage leave, attendance, and staff claims
Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysia labour law
Administration
Oversee office administration and documentation
Maintain proper filing system and records
Support management on ad-hoc tasks
