Responsibilities

1. To assist in ensuring all employees and enforce the company rules and regulation
2. To assist in ensuring the work place discipline and right attitude had been followed
3. To assist in ensuring the effectiveness of the implementation of checking and control at check point, main gate and company hostel
4. To conduct the patrolling and inspection to the surrounding plant area and hostel
5. To assist in ensuring a proper updating of security reports
6. Confirm identity of vendors / Contractors / visitors
7. Monitor coming and going out at the main gate / checkpoint
8. As certain identity of vendors / contractors, issues passes and inform responsible persons to accompany for purpose of visiting
9. Perform random check on staff after office hour
10. Ensure personal take out belongings and put into tray provided before scanning
11. Screen staff at checkpoint area
12. To carry out proper checking on Property Gate Pass for the items taken out from the company premises
13. To perform any appropriate job task given by Superior / Head of Department
