Position: Binance Accelerator Program - SEA Marketing

Type: Full-time, Fixed-term Program for Early Career Talent

About Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

A fixed-term immersive program for university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing Web3 and blockchain space. The program offers networking, professional development, and exposure to the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing retail user marketing campaigns, including promotions and product launches.
• Prepare campaign proposals, budgets, and post-campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate and host online/offline events like product showcases, meetups, webinars, and activations.
• Manage and engage user communities on platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, Instagram.
• Develop new campaigns, channels, creatives, and optimize acquisition growth.
• Support recruitment and management of volunteer brand ambassadors (Angel Program).
• Moderate community forums and social groups to boost engagement.
• Facilitate cooperation between volunteer ambassadors and Binance teams (BD, Marketing, etc.).
• Execute marketing efforts with a hands-on approach.

Requirements

• Experience with community initiatives, ambassador programs, event management, or social media management.
• Comfortable working flexible hours to engage actively with crypto communities.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and time management.
• Bilingual English proficiency for coordination with global teams.
• Positive team player attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency terminologies and culture.
