Job summary

A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee stock updates, monitor shipments, and maintain store conditions. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Job description

Ensure all stock updates are accurately recorded on a daily basis.

Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and complete shipping coverage.

Record all receiving and issuing activities accurately, following the FIFO system.

Maintain store security, cleanliness, and proper storage conditions at all times.

Update and maintain safe stock levels according to supplier lead times.

Track, record, and monitor all transport expenses and vehicle maintenance costs.

Handle all SCM-related debit notes and coordinate with the Finance Department and customers.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on stock levels and transport expenditures.

Analyze current warehouse, stock, and transportation systems for continuous improvement.

Manage customs documentation and keep up to date with new regulations or requirements.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role (candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage).

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
