Responsibilities

• Possess a diploma in nursing or equivalent qualification
• Possess a valid professional registration with the relevant regulatory body (e.g. registered as a Registered Nurse)
• Take care of sick students/making observations/contact parents when necessary
• Administer first aid/medication as needed and oversee general health needs
• Maintain and record inventory/checking on the expiry dates of medications
• Counsel students on medical issues and illness/injuries
• Maintain infection control procedures
• To provide health related education to students and staff
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the school management
