A leading global food producer is seeking a professional in Kuala Lumpur for configuring and deploying SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities

• Execute configuration, deployment, customization, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) modules.
• Understand and analyze business requirements related to SAP SF while continuously improving business processes and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Identify key business processes and pain points of customized solutions.
• Address specific business needs and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive solution designs, considering scalability, efficiency, and industry best practices.
• Lead and work with project stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and implementation of SAP SF.
• Conduct system testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or discrepancies, implementing optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Chinese languages is highly sought after; no travel to China required.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP SF/HCM implementation, enhancement, and/or support (L2 or L3) is an advantage.
• Strong HR business process knowledge and ability to improve HR operational processes globally.
• Background in SAP HCM is open to apply.
• At least one full-cycle end‑to‑end implementation of SAP SF/HCM is an advantage.
• Experience or certification in EC, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, LMS, or Succession is an advantage.
• Experience in project management (Agile/Waterfall) or team leadership is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Global or regional support/project experience is an advantage.
• Experience within the F&B industry is preferred.
