Job description
SAP CoE D2R Business Analysis Specialist

You will be part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence focusing on SAP eWM (extended Warehouse Management) implementations and existing eWM sites support activities. You are required to have expertise in SAP eWM modules such as BV (batch Verification), Inbound processing, Storage and operations, Outbound processing, Production Warehousing and Transit Cross-docking Warehousing and integration with Inventory Management and Material Management. You will gather and analyze business requirements for improvements and implement business solutions based on validated user requirements, following SAP standard and to the PPG SAP S/4 Global template. You will support existing sites using eWM and IM. Within a matrix organization you will report to the D2R Operations Lead, APAC.

Key Responsibilities

You will build excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business stakeholders·

You will need to develop good understanding of our SAP template (within 1 – 3 months)

This includes solving open incidents, performing analysis, proposing solutions and follow the deployment process until Production

You will be involve in the Unit Test (UT)/System Integration Test (SIT) scripts preparation and test execution.

You will involve and supporting User Acceptance Test (UAT).

Develop and support knowledge transfer documentation and process.

You will build knowledge of our SBU processes within a short timeframe (1 – 3 months) to facilitate rapid solutioning·

You will evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible·

Assist the site achieve and maintain zero recordable injuries by ensuring you follow health and safety guidelines and participate in regular safety programs.

Ensure adherence to EH&S policy and procedures and any other site-specific safety guidelines.

Qualifications

A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required

Min 10 years' experience with process knowledge of SAP S/4 eWM, IM and MM modules

Played a Consultant role in some SAP S/4 implementations for these modules.

Knowledge of business processes within the Supply Chain and Warehouse Distribution.

Experience with SAP S/4 eWM, IM and MM modules and of end-to-end business processes within supply chain, manufacturing and warehouse distribution management.

Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage

Experience in the process design, configuration and troubleshooting of SAP S/4 modules

Knowledge and experience in ABAP basics (be able to debug) and SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents will be an advantage

Existing experience in other SAP modules and their integration with eWM such as O2C (Order To Cash), PP (Production Planning) and/or QM (Quality Management) would be a plus
