Knowledge of scripting languages like Go or Rust is a plus.

Job description

Responsible for the back-end development of the customer service platform to support multiple business functions.

Good at database management design and scripting.

Communicate well with different stakeholders on business and technical requirements to develop more robust Salesforce services.

Understand the business/functional requirements and create corresponding IT technology solutions based on these needs.

Responsible for Salesforce function development, configuration, testing, and continuous code optimization.

Responsible for the development of Salesforce service cloud.

Configure Salesforce with Workflows, Flow Builder, Flows, Apex, and Apex Triggers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably a computer-related major.
• Minimum of 3 years & above of Salesforce development experience, Salesforce certification would be ideal.
• Proficient in Salesforce system configuration, including applications, objects, page layouts, verification rules, workflows, process builders, approval processes, custom tags, organizational structures, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, single sign-on, password security policies, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Familiar with SQL, able to perform basic MySQL operations, table structure design, index design, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with using at least one scripting language (Go or Rust) on Heroku.
• Be able to complete development preparations independently in bilingual English & Mandarin would be added advantages.
• Be able to independently complete the writing of design documents, technical documents and interface files written in English.
