• Capable of understanding and following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for handling WhatsApp inquiries.
• Must have a strong competitive drive to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Focus on replying to WhatsApp inquiries.
• Learn the technique of using WhatsApp for sales.
• Know clearly about the product to be sold.
• Understand the tasks and work rules set by the Manager.
• Work hard and be disciplined.
• Work with the existing Sales Team.
• Make a sale.
• Conduct monthly stock checks.

Requirement

• Salary will be evaluated based on ability, skills, and experience (to be assessed during the interview).

• Must understand sales theories and techniques for conducting sales via WhatsApp.

• Able to compose clear and engaging messages when describing products on WhatsApp.

• Willing to learn proactively about the company’s products and customer needs.

• Capable of understanding and following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for handling WhatsApp inquiries.

• Comprehensive training and guidance will be provided.

• Must have a strong competitive drive to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

• Working Days: 5 full days, 1 half day, 1 rest day.

• Working Hours: Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Focus Reply WhatsApp

• Learning the technique of using WhatsApp (will be given training)

• Knowing clearly about the product to be sold

• Understand the tasks and work rules set by the Manager and the Company

• Work hard and be disciplined
