A well-established marketing and distribution company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Support to assist their sales team. Responsibilities include managing customer communications regarding orders and payments, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and handling customer complaints. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in any field, with 1–3 years of sales support experience, attention to detail, and basic experience with SQL or ERP systems. Immediate availability is preferred.
