We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our innovative smart home retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be the face of the showroom — ensuring smooth operations, motivating staff, and creating an environment where customers enjoy a premium, seamless buying experience.

What You Will Do
Showroom Supervision & Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and motivate showroom staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve individual & team KPIs.

Plan daily floor operations, assign tasks, and ensure team readiness during peak and non-peak hours.

Conduct regular sales briefings and on-the-job training to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.

Uphold showroom discipline, grooming standards, and overall team professionalism.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.

Customer Experience & Sales

Provide expert advice on product lines based on features, usage, and customer needs.

Update customers on ongoing promotions, sales campaigns, and value-added offerings.

Attend to customer inquiries—both pre- and post-sales—with tact and professionalism:

  • Walk customers through the showroom experience
  • Follow up on product info, proposals, troubleshooting, and after-sales matters to ensure satisfaction

Drive showroom sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.

Showroom Operations & Inventory Management

Oversee daily showroom operations in accordance with company SOPs and standards.

Manage end-to-end store processes, including order monitoring, stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.

Ensure the showroom environment is well-organized, customer-friendly, and visually appealing.

Prepare basic administrative reports and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Perform any other duties assigned from time to time to support business operations.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum SPM and computer savvy.
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of supervisory experience in retail (consumer electronics or smart home is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage to communicate with customers.
  • Passionate about smart home technology and customer experience.
  • Independent, resourceful, and proactive with strong customer-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow within the retail industry.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to enhance daily work performance.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and administrative abilities.
  • A team player with high integrity, ownership, and a desire to build a harmonious work environment.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and retail peak periods.
