We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our innovative smart home retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be the face of the showroom — ensuring smooth operations, motivating staff, and creating an environment where customers enjoy a premium, seamless buying experience.
Lead, coach, and motivate showroom staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve individual & team KPIs.
Plan daily floor operations, assign tasks, and ensure team readiness during peak and non-peak hours.
Conduct regular sales briefings and on-the-job training to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
Uphold showroom discipline, grooming standards, and overall team professionalism.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.
Provide expert advice on product lines based on features, usage, and customer needs.
Update customers on ongoing promotions, sales campaigns, and value-added offerings.
Attend to customer inquiries—both pre- and post-sales—with tact and professionalism:
Drive showroom sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
Oversee daily showroom operations in accordance with company SOPs and standards.
Manage end-to-end store processes, including order monitoring, stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure the showroom environment is well-organized, customer-friendly, and visually appealing.
Prepare basic administrative reports and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time to support business operations.
