Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth operations of sales processes. Responsibilities include managing sales administration, processing customer orders and inquiries, and liaising across departments for timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma, strong analytical and communication skills, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year in a Sales Admin role, experience in sales and planning processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales administrative activities including quotation, delivery order, and invoice.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle customer queries relating to orders and shipment status.
