Since 2015, Uhomes has an international operation with offices located in London, New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Beijing, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and operations in over 27 countries or regions.

As we are expanding the Malaysia office, we are looking for 4 (four) motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role involves assisting students with inquiries, recommending suitable accommodation and ensuring a smooth booking process. Strong communication skills and knowledge of the student housing market are essential. As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in growing our business by assisting students and building relationships. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into bookings, achieve leasing goals and establish yourself as a regional expert.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Specialist located at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Description

  • Handle inquiries from a pre-qualified customer database, providing prompt and informative responses to convert leads into bookings
  • Able to research and recommend suitable accommodation options based on student preferences, budget and requirements
  • Take lead in the region you are responsible for and become a region expert
  • Guide students through the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support, addressing any concerns and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Stay updated with market trends, collaborate with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.

This is a Junior executive position. Fresh graduate with study abroad experience is encouraged to apply.
