A leading property development company in Butterworth is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have 5–10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving targets. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and revenue goals.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities; prepare regular sales reports.
Handle high-value negotiations, closing deals with buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams on sales documentation, SPA, and compliance matters.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, and launches).
Oversee branding, advertising, promotional materials, and show unit presentation.
Work with agencies, designers, and media partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Manage project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, buyer trends, and demand analysis.
Recommend pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional tactics based on market insights.
Identify new market segments, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, bankers, and strategic partners.
Address customer feedback, resolve complaints, and improve post-sales experience.
Ensure CRM systems are properly maintained and utilized.
Collaborate closely with project, construction, and planning teams to align sales strategies with development timelines.
Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and company policies.
Mentor and train junior sales and marketing staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales & marketing within the property development or real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful property launches.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of property market trends, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Willing to work in Butterworth Sales Gallery Office.
