Job summary

A reputable company in packaging solutions seeks a Sales Executive to identify business opportunities and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with 1-2 years of sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The role is based in Petaling Jaya and requires travel within assigned areas.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the assigned areas.

• To achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• To monitor industry trends, gather competitor information, and report market insights.
• To prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-up promptly with clients.
• To coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales service.
• To maintain proper records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
