Job Description

  • Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Drive execution of short- and long-term business plans to achieve sales, profit, and market expansion goals.
  • Ensure the sales team collectively deliver results, grow product portfolio, and meet customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring on-time collections and high service levels.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA/QC, Production, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and technical support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should:

  • Hold a Bachelor's in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with
  • Have at least 3 years of techno commercial/technical sales experience, ideally in rubber glove manufacturing and specialty chemicals.
  • Demonstrate strong sales acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin is an added advantage to cover regional markets within APAC.
  • Be experienced in local market trends with existing business relationships and familiar with logistics/warehouse software and SAP.
