Job Description
- Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Drive execution of short- and long-term business plans to achieve sales, profit, and market expansion goals.
- Ensure the sales team collectively deliver results, grow product portfolio, and meet customer expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring on-time collections and high service levels.
- Monitor product performance and recommend pricing and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA/QC, Production, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and technical support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should:
- Hold a Bachelor's in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with
- Have at least 3 years of techno commercial/technical sales experience, ideally in rubber glove manufacturing and specialty chemicals.
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin is an added advantage to cover regional markets within APAC.
- Be experienced in local market trends with existing business relationships and familiar with logistics/warehouse software and SAP.
