We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our Hotel Division in Melaka. As our Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing key client relationships for our hotel portfolio. What you'll be doing
  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across our hotel properties
  • Identifying and prospecting new corporate, travel agency, and group accounts to expand our client base
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients through regular communication and service excellence
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales collateral
  • Providing regular sales and performance reports to the management team
  • Mentoring and developing the sales team to ensure high levels of customer service and achievement of targets
What we're looking for

  • Strong commercial acumen and a keen understanding of the local hospitality market
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software to manage accounts and pipeline
  • A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
