  • Monitoring team sales performance and ensure submissions on daily basis in line with bank’s target.
  • Having joint discussions with Line Managers to analyze the financial and economic market to develop a sales plan and strategy.
  • Working with Line Managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per sales plan and strategy.
  • Acting promptly on leads and follow up activity, in order to close the sale.
  • To organize roadshows and corporate counter on a weekly basis.
  • To ensure submissions by staffs are within the Bank’s guideline and ensure document authentication in order to minimize fraud cases.
  • To ensure Head Count target are met.
  • Training and coaching of staff.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times, during roadshows/events and during working hours.
  • Observing all laws and regulations governing the Bank’s business and profession.
  • Treating all customer’s information as confidential.
  • Avoiding aggressive and offensive sales practices.
  • To comply with PDPA 2010, FSA 2013 and other related guidelines.
