Job summary

A leading agricultural company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop new business across East Malaysia. The candidate should have a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, with at least 5 years of sales management experience. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, owning sales targets, and collaborating on strategic planning. Knowledge of pig farm equipment sales is advantageous. Monitor market trends and competitors and translate insights into effective sales strategies. Own sales targets for volume, margin and market share. Collaborate with the Director Sales, Asia on market analysis, pricing and strategic planning. Manage CRM updates, prepare sales plans and report performance regularly. Develop solid knowledge of our products and recommend suitable solutions for customers. Stay updated on competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Support marketing activities including trade shows and proposal materials.
