Sales Manager, Business Unit Pig - East Malaysia: Drive sales growth, develop new business, and build long‑term customer relationships across East Malaysia. Monitor market trends and competitors and translate insights into effective sales strategies. Own sales targets for volume, margin and market share. Collaborate with the Director Sales, Asia on market analysis, pricing and strategic planning. Manage CRM updates, prepare sales plans and report performance regularly. Develop solid knowledge of our products and recommend suitable solutions for customers. Stay updated on competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Support marketing activities including trade shows and proposal materials.
