We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our newly established Agricultural Solutions Division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strong client networks, promoting our range of agricultural products and tools, and identifying new opportunities within the fertilizer and broader agriculture sectors.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building new markets, engaging with farmers and distributors, and creating meaningful impact within the agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell agricultural tools while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, farmers, and industry partners by providing product guidance, after-sales support, and tailored solutions.
  • Expand distribution networks in rural and plantation regions, coordinating promotional activities, product demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying trends and recommending effective strategies to strengthen market positioning.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, agricultural events, and networking sessions to build brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales, ideally within the agriculture, palm oil, or related sectors
  • Industry Network: Candidates with an existing customer base in the palm oil industry such as estate managers, plantation supervisors, and distributors will have a strong advantage
  • Education: No strict education requirements; we value performance, initiative, and measurable results over formal qualifications
  • Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret sales performance, customer trends, and market insights
  • Languages: Able to communicate in basic English, or both Malay and English
  • Personal Attributes: Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and excellent in building rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel frequently, particularly to rural and semi-urban areas for client visits and market development
