  • Education & Experience:
    • Minimum: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field + 5 years in sales (including team leadership).

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans; identify and expand into new markets; track competitors.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and motivate sales teams; set targets; conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Strengthen client relationships; resolve escalations; collaborate with marketing on lead generation.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, forecast sales, and provide accurate reports; ensure CRM data quality.
  • Budget & Incentive Management: Manage sales budgets; design commission and incentive schemes.
