Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Key Account Managers focused on driving new business growth and deepening existing client relationships. You will be responsible for hitting revenue targets, building sales discipline, and developing a winning culture within your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage 3–4 Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive aggressive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across logistics and fulfilment solutions.
  • Implement structured sales processes — forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting key results and pipeline status.
Qualifications
