Report To: Managing Director / General Manager

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years in sales experience in medical industry

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good Oral / written and communication skill
Major Function

Ensure efficient and effective implementation of marketing plans in assigned geographical territory leading to achieving Sales and Profit Objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales planning and forecasting
  2. Develop, Implement, Monitor and Review Marketing Plan and Strategies in the assigned territory.
  3. Develop and maintain a positive business relationship with key decision maker and Department Managers in assigned accounts.
  4. Analyze market trend and needs
  5. Ensuring proper sales service support is provided
  6. Review customer complaint
  7. Provide competitive analysis
  8. Propose new or diversify business opportunity
  9. Communicate with Managing Director for workshop and conferences
  10. Responsible for providing feedback and issues to Managing Director
  11. Strengthen the team knowledge to support the business
  12. Provide expertise & guidance to Product Specialist
  13. Responsible for hiring & discipline of Product Specialist
Technical Competency and Self-Development
  1. Possess a general knowledge of health care, medical device industry.
  2. Possess complete and updated knowledge of all assigned product line to effectively answer questions, make sales presentations and conduct user training.
  3. Possess a complete knowledge of selling process leading to a successful close, including use of features and benefits approach and side-by-side comparison selling technique.

  • Discount- Not more than 10% from standard price
  • Entertainment- Not more than 1000 in a single receipt
