Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have at least 5–8 years of sales experience in the shipping or logistics sector, with a proven track record in acquiring new business and exceeding targets.

Qualifications

As we scale, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  2. Identify and secure new customers, trade lanes and routes.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, proposals, negotiations and closing.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, NVOCCs and key accounts.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
  6. Collaborate with operations, finance and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.
  7. Support marketing initiatives, digital campaigns and brand-building activities.
  8. Recruit, train and manage a high-performing sales team as the business expands.

Qualifications:
