Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the Mobile Sales Team to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of project duty rosters for Mobile Sales Team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Manage the recruitment process for new sales personnel to support team growth.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the product knowledge and selling skills of the sales team.
  • Identify new market opportunities and coordinate mobile sales activities across different regions.
  • Oversee the proper collection and recording of sales documentation, including SPAs and official receipts, in accordance with internal controls.
  • Monitor team adherence to the Company’s approved sales guidelines and reporting mechanisms.
  • Review and report sales progress and team performance metrics to the superior/HOD.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/HOD.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in property sales, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role, preferably overseeing mobile or multi‑site sales teams.
  • Strong track record in driving team sales performance and achieving overall sales targets within the property development industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and scaling mobile sales teams across multiple projects or regions.
  • Sound knowledge of property sales operations, Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) processes, regulatory requirements, and sales compliance standards.
  • Proven capability in recruitment, performance management, coaching, and development of sales leadership and frontline teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to translate sales strategies into executable action plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage conflicts of interest.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexibly to support mobile sales operations, roadshows, and regional expansion as required.
