Mpire Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading company in the agriculture industry in Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. We specialize in producing our own organic soil, fertilizer, and other agricultural products. The ideal candidate will have a understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, closing deals, and collecting payments. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of our products and services. The focus will be on identifying and attracting new customers, especially nurseries, fertilizer shops, and retail outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and profitability.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers in the retail sector, specifically nurseries, retail stores, and fertilizer shops.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to refine business offerings.
  • Work towards achieving key performance goals set by the management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and nurseries.
  • Prepare progress reports for the Managing Director.
Qualifications
