We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Property / Housing Development)
We are a reputable housing development company seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the property industry within a structured, professional environment.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Promote and sell residential housing projects to prospective buyers
Handle sales enquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and sales gallery briefings
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Participate in sales launches, exhibitions, and marketing events
Provide professional follow-up and after-sales support
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
1–2 years of sales experience; property sales experience is an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude with good follow-up skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
