Kara Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Perak. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for career growth within the company.
What you’ll be doingDeliver sales targets, input pre‑planned promotion via yearly calendar, control over market return and promote new product items in the existing account.
Carry out well in the negotiation with a good perspective for expanding share of shelves and to secure more pragmatic displays for company products.
Work closely with superior and marketing team for executive the yearly promotion calendar.
Work on bulletin promotion thru planning ahead and well utilize trade investment for all supermarket.
Provide supervision for Exclusive Sales Rep (ESR) and merchandisers to achieve more productivity.
Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
What we’re looking forMinimum SPM holder or higher education level.
As least 2 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry.
Travelling is required.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
Creative to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
Digital savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
