Job summary

A leading property development company in Malaysia seeks a Sales Executive to serve as an intermediary between the organization and clients. The role involves guiding buyers and sellers in property transactions, actively sourcing prospects, and maintaining knowledge of real estate markets. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, proven experience in real estate, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Candidates must be willing to work 5.5 days a week in Klang Valley.

Qualifications

  • Capable of setting high performance sales results.

Responsibilities

Overview

As a Sales Executive, your main role is an intermediary between organization and its clients. Sales Executive responsibilities include attending prospects and providing guidance to buyers and homeowners.

Responsibilities
  • To provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Attend to all prospects in property gallery, property exhibition, roadshow and etc.
  • Actively source and meet potential prospects for sales closure.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the property industry.
  • Updates on weekly/monthly sales report & perform related work as assigned.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Job Requirements
  • A high school diploma (SPM/STPM) is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson / property developer background.
  • Street savvy, independent, and a Go-Getter attitude capable of setting high performance sales result.
  • Excellent product knowledge & strategic prospecting with superb negotiation & communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work 5.5 days a week.
  • Candidate(s) must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
